The Family Planning Association of Trinidad and Tobago (FPATT) is a non-profit organization with more than 61 years’ experience in offering quality sexual and reproductive health services.

Through our Healthlink programme, we bring these specialized services to corporate employees where they work—and as a result, are able to offer subsidized or free services to nearby communities in need. This social enterprise model benefits employees, boosts productivity and ensures that vulnerable populations receive the much-needed healthcare that they would otherwise be unable to afford.

How it works: FPATT brings a suite of high-quality and affordable sexual and reproductive health services like Pap smears, cancer screenings and HIV testing—the services our population needs to live happy and healthy lives—to your workplace so your employees can conveniently access them during working hours. The revenue generated from these services then subsidizes services for individuals living in nearby communities who need low-cost and accessible healthcare. We bring these services to you – and to your employees – at a competitive price and with the value and quality that your employees will receive by collaborating with FPATT.

This model not only helps you ensure your employees get the care and education they need and deserve at their convenience; it also helps you give back to nearby communities that need your support. In fact, for every one Healthlink package we deliver, we have the capacity to deliver two equivalent packages through our community outreach programme.
